License terms for the Kenney First Game Kit assets

Every asset in kit-sprites.zip, kit-ui.zip, and kit-sounds.zip is by
Kenney (www.kenney.nl) and is licensed under Creative Commons Zero (CC0):

In plain words (Kenney's own License.txt, included inside each zip, says
the same): the assets are public domain. You may use them in personal and
commercial projects, sell what you build with them, and you are not
required to give credit — though Kenney appreciates it.

What this kit adds (the README, consistency discipline, palette, and
manifest files in this pack) is writing by the Bounded Agent Harness
project, given freely with the kit.
