Brain Pad

Your project's brain lives here. When your AI hands you an updated BRAIN block, paste it below — it autosaves in this browser. When you resume, paste it back into your AI. Nothing leaves your device.

Packet check

Before you accept a final packet from your AI, paste it here. It checks the packet is complete and internally consistent — no placeholders or skeleton fields, every charge matching its balance, every balance accounted for. What it can't do is check the numbers against your source data; that part is still yours. Runs entirely in this browser.

Manual checklist — for envelopes with no network access

If you cannot reach this page from your AI session, apply the same checks by hand and say so explicitly — never silently treat the check as satisfied.

  1. It parses as complete JSON — no truncation, no trailing prose inside the object.
  2. No placeholder text: placeholder, TBD, TODO, USD_or_EUR, lorem, "for brevity".
  3. No skeleton keys: invoice_id, field1, item1, key, test, example as field names.
  4. Every money field (cents) is a whole number, not a decimal or a string.
  5. Every timestamp field is UTC ISO format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ.
  6. No item appears in both blockers and proposed charges.
  7. Every null or empty value is explained by the packet itself (e.g. a blocked item).
  8. The packet is not an empty object.
  9. Every proposed charge equals its invoice balance (amount and currency).
  10. Every positive unblocked balance has a proposed charge, or the omission is stated.

Requirement map check

Paste the extracted requirement IDs and the builder's map rows. Every ID must have exactly one row, and every row must fill all four fields — implementation location, workflow invocation, test result, evidence reference. Runs entirely in this browser.

State record check

Paste the checkpoint's machine-readable state record. It validates the state name, round counters, inventory dispositions, rerun evidence, and the gate ledger — and rejects structural lies like VERIFIED with open items or unpassed gates.

Handoff content check

Paste the handoff packet as JSON. Byte-identical files aren't enough — the handoff must also carry the content: the literal owner brief, the operating packet, the frozen checks, evidence references, the failure inventory, and the repair counters.

Bundle vs handoff

Paste the original bundle and the handoff side by side. This proves the handoff actually carries the owner's brief and the operating packet — not just field names claiming they exist. A paraphrase is not the contract.

Ledger check

Verify a hash-chained run ledger: every envelope's payload hash is recomputed, every prev link must match the previous envelope's hash, and sequence numbers must be contiguous from 0. Alter any byte and the chain breaks at that envelope and every one after it. Runs entirely in this browser.

SaaS sidecars

Paste the owner brief to see which sidecars apply — or work any section directly. A suggestion is advisory, never blocking: no markers, no sidecars. Runs entirely in this browser.
